Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Using kitchen scissors, cut along the top shell of each lobster tail and gently pry it open.
  • Mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  • Brush the exposed lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture and place shell-side down on the grill or in a baking dish.
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes until the meat turns opaque and is firm to touch.
  • Check for doneness by inserting a fork into the thickest part; if it flakes easily, it’s done!
