  • 4 lobster tails lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut along the top shell of each lobster tail and gently pry it open.
  3. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Brush the exposed lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture and place shell-side down on the grill or in a baking dish.
  5. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the meat turns opaque and is firm to touch.
  6. Check for doneness by inserting a fork into the thickest part; if it flakes easily, it’s done!
