  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon liquid stevia or your preferred sweetener

Method
 

  1. Combine the tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, and sugar-free maple syrup in a medium-sized saucepan until smooth.

Notes
