Ingredients
  

  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust homemade or store-bought
  • 2 cups cranberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (half a stick), softened
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar light or dark
  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and let your pie crust sit while preparing other ingredients.
  2. Pour the cranberries into the pie crust and spread them evenly.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together sugar and flour, then sprinkle over the cranberries.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix chopped pecans, softened butter, brown sugar, and rolled oats to create streusel.
  5. Crumble the streusel mixture over the cranberries and tent the pie with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake covered for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

Notes
