Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Ground beef or a mix of beef and pork
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 cup Grape jelly
  • 1 cup Barbecue sauce

Method
 

  1. Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and mix until just combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
  3. Heat a drizzle of oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the meatballs in batches. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  4. In a separate saucepan, combine grape jelly and barbecue sauce and heat over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  5. Add the browned meatballs to the sauce and let them simmer for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally to coat.
