- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Rinse cherry tomatoes, pat them dry, and place them on the prepared tray.
- Drizzle cherry tomatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper, then roast for 20 minutes.
- Slice country bread into thick pieces and toast lightly until golden brown.
- Rub each toasted slice with garlic clove to infuse with garlic flavor.
- Tear open the burrata and dollop it onto the warm toast.
- Spoon roasted cherry tomatoes over the burrata and drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
- (Optional) Garnish with freshly torn basil leaves before serving.
