Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz cranberry juice cocktail chilled
  • 4 oz pineapple juice chilled
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice about the juice from half a lime
  • 4 oz ginger ale chilled
  • Ice cubes
  • lime wedge or fresh mint sprig for garnish

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker or large jar with a lid
  • Tall glasses for serving
  • Spoon for stirring
  • Knife and cutting board for lime
  • Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Grab a cocktail shaker or a large jar with a tight lid, and pour in the cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and fresh lime juice.
  2. Put the lid on and shake gently for about 15 seconds to mix the juices.
  3. Fill two tall glasses with fresh ice cubes.
  4. Pour the juice mixture over the ice in each glass.
  5. Top off each glass gently with chilled ginger ale.
  6. Add your garnish, either a lime wedge or a sprig of fresh mint.
