- Rub the pork chops with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the diced onions until translucent, then add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until browned.
- Sprinkle flour over the onion and mushroom mixture, stirring well. Slowly pour in the chicken broth while stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
