Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag (about 10 oz) tortilla chips
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup sliced black olives
  • ¼ cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions

Method
 

  1. Spread a layer of tortilla chips evenly across a baking sheet.
  2. Spoon dollops of warmed refried beans over the chips.
  3. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning it with taco seasoning.
  4. Drain excess fat from the beef and sprinkle over the chips.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes, until the cheese melts.
  7. Top with diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, jalapeños, green onions, guacamole, and sour cream.
  8. Serve immediately while warm.
