Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and yeast.
  2. Pour in the water and stir until everything comes together, forming a shaggy dough.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a clean kitchen towel, and let it rest for 12-18 hours.
  4. After resting, sprinkle some flour on a clean surface and gently shape the dough into a ball.
  5. Transfer the dough to a floured piece of parchment paper and let it rise again for about 2 hours.
  6. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  7. Place the dough (still on the parchment) into a preheated Dutch oven and cover it with the lid.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the lid and bake for another 15 minutes until the crust is deep golden brown.
