- In a large mixing bowl, combine mascarpone, Nutella, granulated sugar, and vanilla sugar; mix until smooth and fluffy.
- Pour warm coffee into a shallow dish.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee for 1-2 seconds per side and arrange them in a single layer in your serving dish.
- Spread half of the Nutella mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers in an even layer.
- Add another layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers on top of the cream.
- Spoon the remaining Nutella mascarpone cream over the second layer of ladyfingers.
- Smooth the top layer and dust generously with cocoa powder using a sieve.
