Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium-sized carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 large oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 inch piece ginger, peeled (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup cold water or ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Wash and peel your carrots and oranges, then chop the carrots into smaller pieces.
  2. Toss all prepped ingredients into the blender with cold water or ice cubes.
  3. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
  4. Taste the juice and adjust sweetness if needed by adding honey or maple syrup.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
