Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 14-16 full sheets)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3 packages cream cheese softened (8 ounces each)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 ounces)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk whole or 2% works best
  • 4 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup strawberry preserves warmed

Method
 

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until it looks like wet sand; press into a 9x13-inch pan and chill in the fridge.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  5. Whisk instant pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes until thick.
  6. Fold pudding into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
  7. Spread half of the cream cheese filling onto the chilled crust.
  8. Toss sliced strawberries with granulated sugar and sprinkle half over the filling.
  9. Spread the remaining cream cheese filling over the strawberries.
  10. Warm strawberry preserves, drizzle over the top, and arrange remaining strawberries.
  11. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
