Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or apricots)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, and chia seeds. Stir well until evenly distributed.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix honey and peanut butter. Warm the mixture slightly for easy mixing, then pour over dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  4. Spread the mixture into a lined pan and press down firmly. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
