Method
 

  1. Season the steak generously with salt and pepper, then coat with flour, shaking off any excess.

  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

  6. Stir and let the mixture simmer until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Return the steak to the skillet, nestling it into the gravy.
  8. Let it simmer gently for another 5 minutes before serving.
