  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

  1. Pat the pork steaks dry with paper towels, drizzle olive oil, and sprinkle seasonings evenly on both sides.
  2. Let the steaks sit for 10–15 minutes to let the flavors sink in.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  4. Place the steaks in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each piece.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the steaks and cook for another 5–8 minutes, adjusting for thickness.
  6. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for safe consumption.
  7. Transfer the steaks to a plate and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
