Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados the softer, the creamier!
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup adjust to your sweetness preference
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • a tiny pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or any milk you like

Method
 

  1. Slice the avocados in half around the pit and remove the pit.
  2. Scoop the avocado flesh into a blender or food processor.
  3. Add cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender.
  4. Blend on low speed, slowly pouring in almond milk until smooth.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or cocoa powder as desired, blending again.
  6. Spoon the dessert into serving cups or bowls.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to chill.
