  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • pinch ground nutmeg
  • pinch ground cloves
  • optional for topping whipped cream
  • to taste extra cinnamon or nutmeg for garnish

Method
 

  1. Brew a strong cup of coffee or pull a shot of espresso.
  2. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.

  4. In a mug, mix the brewed coffee, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and spice blend.
  5. Stir to combine well, then pour in the warm milk and stir again.
  6. Top with whipped cream and garnish with extra cinnamon or nutmeg.
