- In a medium mixing bowl, combine halved strawberries, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg; gently toss.
- Lay out the crescent dough triangles and place 4-5 berry halves on the wider end of each triangle, then roll towards the pointed tip, tucking in the sides to seal.
- Brush each roll with melted butter and sprinkle with additional sugar.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
