  • 1 bag Reames egg noodles frozen
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • optional shredded cheese
  • optional parsley for garnish
  • optional cooked beef chunks

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Drop in the Reames egg noodles straight from the freezer and stir occasionally.
  3. In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the garlic powder.
  4. Slowly pour in the heavy cream while whisking continuously.
  5. Let the cream sauce simmer until it thickens slightly.
  6. Drain the cooked noodles and add them to the creamy sauce.
  7. Toss gently to coat each noodle evenly, adding optional shredded cheese if desired.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
