Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 2 tbsp + 1 1/4 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt adjust up to 1/2 tsp for more flavor
  • 1 1/4 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 2/3 cups warm water
  • 16 oz part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups prepared pizza sauce
  • 22 slices pepperoni, minced

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F and spray an 18"x13" sheet pan with cooking grease.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together yeast, flour, milk powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Pour in the vegetable oil and gradually stir in warm water until the mixture is thick.
  4. Spread the dough evenly across the greased sheet pan and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Blind bake the crust in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the edges pull away from the sides.
  6. Sprinkle 4 oz of cheese over the crust, add pizza sauce, remaining cheese, and minced pepperoni.
  7. Bake for another 12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden brown.
  8. Let the pizza rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing into rectangles.
