- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In a heatproof bowl, melt the chocolate with the heavy cream using a microwave or double boiler; stir until glossy and smooth.
- Pour the chocolate over the caramel layer and tilt the pan to spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
