Ingredients
  

  • 2 thighs turkey thighs
  • 100 g Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 bouquet garni (thyme, bay leaf)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the crushed garlic cloves.
  3. Coat the turkey thighs generously with the marinade.
  4. Place the coated turkey thighs in a baking dish and tuck the bouquet garni around them.
  5. Bake for about 1 hour, basting the turkey with pan juices every 20 minutes.
  6. Let the turkey rest for a few minutes before serving.
