  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 200 ml crème fraîche
  • 1 piece onion
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chervil

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Peel and finely chop the onion, then sauté in butter until translucent.
  3. In a blender, combine white fish, eggs, crème fraîche, cooked onion, lemon juice, chervil, salt, and pepper, and blend until smooth.
  4. Grease a terrine mold or loaf pan with butter, then pour in the mixture and smooth the top.
  5. Place the mold in a larger baking dish filled with hot water, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for about 45 minutes.
  6. Check for doneness with a knife; it should come out clean.
  7. Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least a few hours or overnight.
