- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat; drain excess oil.
- Add diced onions and chopped garlic; cook until onions are translucent (about 5 minutes).
- Stir in adobo, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika; combine well.
- Add diced onions and bell peppers; cook until they start to soften (about 5 minutes) and stir in Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour in pasta sauce and diced Roma tomatoes; stir and let simmer (covered) for 20 minutes.
- Add basil paste (or fresh basil), oregano, Italian seasoning, thyme, cilantro, parsley, and green onions; stir in brown sugar.
- Reduce heat and let sauce simmer for another 10-15 minutes before serving over pasta topped with Parmesan cheese.
