  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, eggs, baking powder, and salt; whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and tap to remove air bubbles.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, testing with a toothpick for doneness.
  5. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
