  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 1 medium ripe banana, sliced
  • ½ cup natural or vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar optional

Method
 

  1. Start by chopping your fresh pineapple into small chunks.
  2. Peel and slice your ripe banana.
  3. Place the pineapple and banana into the blender jar.
  4. Add the yogurt and pour in the milk.
  5. If desired, add honey or sugar for sweetness.
  6. Secure the lid and blend on low, then increase to high for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
  7. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, then pour into a glass and serve immediately.
