Ingredients

  • 3-5 pound Turkey Breast
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth

Instructions

  • Rub the turkey breast with olive oil and season with garlic, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper evenly on all sides.
  • Place the seasoned turkey breast in the slow cooker and pour chicken broth around it. Cover and set to low heat for 6-8 hours.
  • After cooking, remove the turkey and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing to retain juices.

Notes

For perfect turkey every time, use a meat thermometer to check for 165°F internal temperature and allow the meat to rest before slicing.
