- Rub the turkey breast with olive oil and season with garlic, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper evenly on all sides.
- Place the seasoned turkey breast in the slow cooker and pour chicken broth around it. Cover and set to low heat for 6-8 hours.
- After cooking, remove the turkey and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing to retain juices.
