Ingredients
  

  • 3-5 pound Turkey Breast
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth

Method
 

  1. Rub the turkey breast with olive oil and season with garlic, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper evenly on all sides.
  2. Place the seasoned turkey breast in the slow cooker and pour chicken broth around it. Cover and set to low heat for 6-8 hours.
  3. After cooking, remove the turkey and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing to retain juices.
