- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cookie mix, softened butter, and egg; mix until a soft dough forms.
- Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Spread half of the cookie dough in small spoonfuls across the bottom of the pan.
- Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar over the dough layer.
- Spoon the apple pie filling evenly over the cinnamon sugar and dough.
- Dot the remaining cookie dough on top of the apple filling.
- Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar over the top dough layer.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the entire dish.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until top is golden brown and bubbling.
- Let cool for 15-20 minutes before serving.
