  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • q.s. fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Spread the butter-garlic mixture on the cut sides of the French bread.
  4. Place the bread halves on a baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes.
  5. Toss your cooked spaghetti with the marinara sauce in a large bowl.
  6. Once the bread is done, top each half with the sauced spaghetti and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
  7. Bake the subs for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, cut into slices, and serve hot.
