Method
- Start by slicing the beef into thin strips. Cut the broccoli into florets and set them aside. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger. Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and Sriracha in a small bowl. In another bowl, mix the chicken broth and cornstarch, stirring until the cornstarch is fully dissolved.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until it’s browned and almost cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the beef from the pan and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed. Toss in the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until it starts to become tender.
- Pour the soy sauce mixture into the skillet with the broccoli and stir well to coat. Add the beef back into the pan and mix everything together. Pour in the cornstarch and chicken broth mixture, and stir continuously until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
- In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain the noodles and set them aside.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with the beef and broccoli. Toss everything together until the noodles are coated with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes
For an authentic touch, toast some sesame seeds and sprinkle them over the top of the spicy beef broccoli noodles before serving. The nutty flavor adds a lovely depth to the dish.
