- In a large bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and lime juice for the marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they’re fully coated. Cover the bowl and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken, reserving the leftover marinade, and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Lower the heat to medium and pour the reserved marinade into the pan. Stir continuously as it thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot over steaming white rice.
