- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add linguine, and cook until al dente.
- Drain the pasta and set it aside.
- Toss the chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Whisk in the flour until smooth, then gradually whisk in the milk and chicken broth, stirring to remove lumps.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese, stirring until creamy; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked chicken back into the Alfredo sauce and stir to coat.
- Toss in the cooked linguine until well coated with the sauce and serve immediately.
