Ingredients
  

  • 200 g noodles
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • q.s. sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Boil the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside. Rinse under cold water to prevent sticking.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Sizzle the sliced garlic and red pepper flakes until the garlic turns golden brown.
  3. Remove the pan from heat, and stir in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Pour the sauce over the cooked noodles and toss until every strand is coated.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, then toss everything one last time before serving.
