- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tbsp butter. Add the steak strips, Cajun seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 4-6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream. Simmer gently for 2 minutes, then whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked linguine and steak strips back into the skillet. Toss well to coat everything in the creamy garlic butter Parmesan sauce.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and extra Parmesan if desired. Serve immediately.
