- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season the steak with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tbsp of butter and sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tbsp of butter, add the minced garlic and crushed red pepper flakes, and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream; let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Add the cooked pasta and steak to the skillet and toss until everything is coated in the sauce.
