- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, combine honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Slice chicken and toss it back into the skillet to coat with honey sauce.
- Boil water for macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
- In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, whisk in flour to create a roux for about a minute.
- Slowly pour in milk while whisking continuously; bring to a gentle boil and stir until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar and mozzarella until smooth.
- Toss cooked pasta with cheese sauce until fully coated; plate with spicy chicken and garnish with parsley.
