Ingredients
  

  • 500 g boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • to taste fresh cilantro for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and lime juice to prepare the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they’re fully coated, and cover the bowl. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken (reserve the marinade), cooking for 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Lower the heat and pour in the reserved marinade, letting it simmer until thick and glossy, about 5 more minutes. Stir frequently.
  5. Add the sliced red chili at the end for color and extra heat.
