  • 500 g Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 red chili Red Chili thinly sliced
  • Fresh Cilantro for garnish
  • Cooked White Rice to serve

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and lime juice.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated, and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken (reserve the marinade), cooking for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Lower the heat and pour the reserved marinade into the skillet, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
  5. Stir in the sliced red chili for an extra kick and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve the Spicy Thai Chicken over steamed rice.
