Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz fresh spinach chopped
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise optional
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and toss in the spinach. Stir until soft and vibrant green.
  2. Let the spinach cool and squeeze out any excess water.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, sour cream, and mayo (if using).
  4. Add minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 20–25 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. For an extra crispy topping, broil the dip for the last 2–3 minutes.
