Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  3. Carefully slice a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear each stuffed chicken breast for 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
