Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound beef top sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 small onions, sliced
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce recommended: Bulls-Eye® Texas-Style Bold Barbeque Sauce
  • 8 10-inch flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the thinly sliced beef until browned.
  3. Add the sliced onions and green bell peppers to the skillet and stir until softened.
  4. Drizzle barbecue sauce over the beef and veggies; let simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Lay four tortillas flat on a baking sheet, spoon beef mixture onto each, and top with shredded cheese. Cover with another tortilla.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes, then flip and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
