Ingredients
  

  • 4 filets filets mignons de porc
  • 150 g Boursin cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp herbes de Provence
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200 ml crème fraîche

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until golden brown.
  3. Add the pork mignon to the skillet and brown it on each side for about 3 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle the herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper over the pork. Remove the pork and place it in a baking dish.
  5. Spread a generous layer of Boursin cheese over the top of each pork mignon.
  6. Pour the crème fraîche around the pork in the baking dish.
  7. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and cook for 20 minutes or until the pork is cooked through and the cheese is melted and golden.
