  • 150 g Blueberries
  • 150 g Raspberries
  • 60 ml Olive oil
  • 30 ml Fresh lime juice
  • 30 ml Tequila optional
  • 15 g Honey or agave for vegan option
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 clove Minced garlic optional

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry the greens thoroughly using a salad spinner if available.
  2. Hull and slice the strawberries into thin pieces.
  3. Rinse the blueberries and raspberries gently.
  4. In a bowl, combine olive oil, fresh lime juice, tequila, honey, and a pinch of salt; whisk together or shake in a mason jar until emulsified.
  5. Assemble the salad: first layer the greens, then add the berries on top.
  6. Drizzle the tequila-lime dressing over the salad.
