Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 whole bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water

Method
 

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and add the thinly sliced beef, cooking until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas; stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Mix soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a small bowl, then pour into the pan with vegetables and bring to a simmer.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine cornstarch and water; add to the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.
  6. Return the cooked beef and noodles to the pan, tossing everything together until coated with sauce.
