Ingredients
  

  • 14 ounce sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans optional

  • Medium saucepan
  • Wooden spoon or silicone spatula

Method
 

  1. Prep your 8x8-inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper and spritzing with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips over low heat.
  3. Stir constantly until the mixture is completely smooth and melted.
  4. Remove the pan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and chopped pecans if using.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Let the fudge set at room temperature for about 2 hours, or refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  7. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and slice into squares.
