- Crush Nilla wafer cookies until fine and combine with melted butter to form a crust.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create an even layer and chill.
- In a separate bowl, slice the bananas and toss them with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth, adding powdered sugar and vanilla extract gradually.
- Fold in thawed whipped topping until well combined.
- Prepare instant vanilla pudding according to package instructions with cold milk and mix into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer the banana slices on top of the crust, then spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the bananas.
- Add another layer of banana slices, followed by the remaining cream cheese mixture on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, garnish with additional whipped topping, banana slices, and Nilla wafers.
