Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 jalapeños, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 slider buns
  • q.s. ketchup, mayonnaise, or your favorite burger toppings optional

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Skillet or griddle
  • Spatula
  • Plate for serving

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the seasonings are evenly distributed.
  2. Divide the ground beef mixture into 24 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and then flatten slightly to form a patty.
  3. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the patties in the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Place a slice of jalapeño and a generous sprinkle of cheddar cheese on top of each patty. Cover the pan with a lid for about 1-2 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt.
  5. Toast the slider buns lightly. Place a cooked patty with the melted cheese and jalapeño onto each bun. Add your favorite toppings, close the buns and serve immediately.
