Ingredients
  

  • 200 g blueberries
  • 240 ml milk dairy or plant-based
  • 30 g sugar
  • 2 c.c vanilla extract
  • 120 g yogurt or ice cream optional
  • q.s. ice cubes if using fresh blueberries

Method
 

  1. Rinse the blueberries under cold water if they’re fresh.
  2. Lay out all your ingredients on the counter.
  3. Pour the milk into your blender first.
  4. Add the blueberries, sugar, and vanilla extract to the blender.
  5. If using yogurt, add it to the mixture.
  6. Blend on medium speed until smooth and vibrant purple.
  7. Adjust the consistency by adding more milk if too thick, or adding extra blueberries or an ice cube if too thin.
  8. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired before serving.

Notes

Use ripe, juicy blueberries for maximum flavor. For a healthier version, reduce sugar and use yogurt instead of ice cream. Freeze blueberries beforehand for a thicker texture.
