Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup strawberries or strawberry puree
  • q.s. crushed ice to preference
  • 0.5 tbsp grenadine for the pink swirl
  • 1 pineapple slice for garnish
  • 1 maraschino cherry for garnish

  • Crushed ice to preference

Method
 

  1. Blend the coconut cream, pineapple juice, strawberries, and a generous handful of crushed ice until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into a serving glass, leaving a little room at the top.
  3. Drizzle about half a tablespoon of grenadine syrup down the inside of the glass to create a pink swirl.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry. Serve with flair!

Notes

For the brightest pink color, use ripe, fresh strawberries. Try substituting frozen strawberries for a colder drink, adjusting your ice usage accordingly.
