Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb Cajun-seasoned steak e.g., sirloin or ribeye
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • q.s. salt to taste
  • q.s. pepper to taste
  • q.s. fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the steak with Cajun seasoning and sear it in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked to desired doneness.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest before slicing it thinly.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Toss the cooked fettuccine in the creamy sauce until well coated.
  10. Serve the pasta topped with sliced Cajun steak and garnish with fresh parsley.
